Can I bring a small dog to the beach?
As from this year, no pets are allowed on our designated beach area.
If the weather isn't good can I get a refund?
If the weather is not good on the day of the reservation we can change the date or give you a voucher to spend in Bono or any other venue of the company.
If I have booked sunbeds/beds and prepaid for them in advance, can I come in later in the day?
Prepaid beds will be held until the set time of arrival however if you wish to come in later you can call us and we will hold the beds until the time requested.
Can I change the date of my reservation without penalty?
Reservations can be modified until 24 hours prior to the date without penalty unless it is due to a medical emergency.
